Small team (under 10 people). Remote-first but structured. We value deep work over meeting theater, asynchronous communication over always-on availability, and systems thinking over quick fixes.
We work with clients who appreciate quality and are willing to give us the space to do our best work. That means fewer projects, longer timelines, and more refinement.
What we're looking for
People who care about the details but understand the big picture. Who can work independently but communicate clearly. Who want to build things that last, not just ship fast.
