1. Who we are
Neptune26 is a web design & development studio operated by Neptech Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (“Neptune26”, “we”, “us”). Neptech Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), project budget and timeline, the services you are interested in, and your message.
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where a contract follows, the performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Meeting scheduling
If you book a call with us, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, and the meeting details you provide. Cal.com processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at cal.com/privacy. We receive the booking details in order to attend the meeting and follow up with you.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — pages visited, approximate location (IP addresses are anonymised), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. We use this to improve the website. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the cookie settings below.
Analytics data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally. Google processes this data under its own terms; see policies.google.com/privacy.
3. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- Strictly necessary: a cookie (n26_consent) that stores your cookie preferences for 12 months, and a session cookie (n26_preloaded) that prevents the loading animation from replaying during your visit. Neither tracks you, and the session cookie is deleted when you close your browser.
- Analytics (consent-based): Google Analytics cookies (_ga and related) that measure site usage. These load only if you accept analytics cookies.
Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before any analytics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make this website work:
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
- Cal.com — meeting scheduling, as described above.
- Google — analytics, only with your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).
5. How long we keep your data
- Contact form enquiries: up to 24 months after our last communication, unless a client relationship follows — in which case we retain records for as long as required by Cyprus tax and company law.
- Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Consent cookie: 12 months, after which you will be asked again.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on consent or contract.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@neptune26.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on this website.
